Kelly Services has 3 positions at a Premier Company in Marion, NY!MOLDING; This is operating a hydraulic press. The candidate should be able to operate a walk-behind fork-lift, lift up to 75 lbs and manipulate very heavy molds. This can be a physically demanding job. Training will be provided for the fork lift operation and all other job functions.
MACHINE OPERATOR: This is operating a CNC lathe. The ideal candidate would have some previous CNC experience and be able to read prints and use measuring devices (micrometers and calipers). CNC MACHINIST: This would be similar to the machine operator but with some set-up and programming experience - preferably on Okuma or Haas CNCs. All of these positions are 2nd shift (3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m. Mon - Thurs). Some overtime is required. There is usually about 4 - 8 hrs OT per week.

Essential Functions:
Obtains & interprets wiring diagrams, drawings, specifications, and instructions, either verbally or in writing, concerning emergency and scheduled repair, installation, and inspection work to be performed.
Plans and performs work requiring a thorough knowledge of electrical and electronic theory and principles such as NFPA 79 & 70E as well as ANSI standards, wiring specifications, local electrical codes, properties of various materials, and principles of operation and application of electrical/electronic equipment in support of production and the quality systems
Services electrical/electronic equipment by troubleshooting components, circuit modules, and similar electronic devices.
Performs plant-wide electronic and electrical maintenance, making operating adjustments as required.
Maintains, repairs and installs communication systems, power distribution systems and wiring, and performs best practices as required.
Advises operators and mechanical specialists of standard operating procedures and requirements for working safely with electrical/electronic equipment and components.
Plans details of working procedure by determining replacement needs or new material required and develops a logical approach to correct the problem.
Starts up and shuts down equipment, LOTO standards, in accordance with company safety procedures in line with OSHA requirements.
Installs, repairs, and maintains communication systems, power distribution systems, and perform best practices as required.
Recommends need for, analyzes, and makes necessary running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls.
Additional tasks as assigned.
