Assist in the delivery of various vending equipment from warehouse to customers’ location by use of hand truck or propane/ battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack. Assist in the maintenance of various vending equipment. Work in close harmony with fellow employees to continually maintain a safe, efficient operation. No personnel report to this position
1. Load and unload various vending equipment onto company vehicles by hand or by use of a hand truck.
2. Pad, stack and secure items in position on vehicle to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Read maps and provide direction to customers’ location.
4. Deliver and install equipment at customers’ location.
5. Prepare equipment for shipment to customers by cleaning and washing.
6. Assist technicians in the repair and maintenance of equipment.
7. Safely operate a forklift and other assigned equipment and request repair or maintenance to assigned equipment.
8. Maintain clean and neat warehouse and surrounding area.
9. Perform other similar or related duties as requested or assigned.

This position is responsible for the repair of products in the customer�s home. Products repaired include the following home appliances: Washers & Dryers, Gas & Electric Stoves, Microwave Ovens, Dishwashers, Trash Compactors, Garbage Disposers, Refrigeration (non-sealed systems), and other home appliances.
This position provides timely and quality repairs of customers� products while maintaining high customer service. Additionally, technicians promote and sell additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company.
We provide a service van, specialized tools, uniforms, laptop computer, cell telephone, and periodic training.Qualifications
To provide the proper customer focus, the In-Home Service Technician must:
�Work as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
�Demonstrate a sense of urgency to meet customer time commitments
�Successfully complete all Technician II training elements within required timeframes
�Meet key performance metrics and/or productivity goals as defined by the business
�Provide knowledgeable and courteous repair service
�Continuously look for methods to improve business performance and enhance the customer experience
�Follow the Value Added Services Process (i.e., selling extended warranties, water filters, etc.) by effectively communicating the benefits to the customer
�Provide direction to a Technical Helper, as applicable
�Ability to receive truck stock at home if the company vehicle is retained at the technician�s place of residence or other designated location.
�Mentor other technicians, as applicable
�Maintain truck stock inventory within the prescribed company guidelines and standards
�Follow the truck maintenance schedule and keep a clean, organized truck
�Adhere to all company policies and procedures
�Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for performing all tractor and trailer repairing estimation diagnosis and correction following standard operating procedures (SOP's). Completes routine rebuilds and replacements, makes best value and safety decisions to continue to operate, repair or replace, and performs technical repairs and/or replacement. Uses American Trucking Association (ATA) system and other published and internet-based manuals and check sheets.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Follows workplace and vehicle safety procedures consistently.
Follows MSDS training and guidelines.
Able to perform proper Preventive Maintenance - lube, filters, inspection includes truck appearance, interior and exterior, cab related, safety, security
Basic electrical repair and replace starters/alternators/batteries
Tires tread, inflation, rotation, wear, recondition wheels
Inspect & replace basic engine components
Understand Shop security and alarm systems
Follow good housekeeping standards
Perform Emergency Road Calls
Proficient at brake diagnostic/repair& replace/adjustments
