Private NoHo resident seeks experienced part-time Executive Personal Assistant to assist him in his day-to day tasks: Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Organize an ever changing calendar and complex schedule
• Procure equipment, supplies and services as needed
• Basic office administrative maintenance and general functions
• Assist with any dinner parties, events, or other social gatherings that need to be planned
• Monitor personal expenses and assist in bill payments

• Field heavy phone call volume and maintain contact information
• Manage travel itineraries and expense reports

This is a part-time position with flexible work days. Availability to work weekends or overtime as needed is required. Salary is generous but DOE. This position also includes the potential to earn a discretionary annual bonus.

Position Scope: The Senior Human Resources Generalist performs high-level tasks associated with the administration of the Human Resources Function in Dresser-Rand's Wellsville, NY Plant. This role includes activities with both salaried and bargaining unit employees, including salary and benefit plan administration and labor relations. The Senior Generalist works in partnership with hiring managers to ensure and enforce all HR policies and procedures. JOB SUMMARY:
Under minimal supervision, optimize efforts to service clients in a high quality, cost-effective manner through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and placing employees with primary focus on achieving financial goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Interviews, hires and places temporary employees. Identifies qualified temporary employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.
Fills and services client orders. Maximizes use of Adecco's office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results.
Supports the Branch Managers to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Adecco policies and procedures. Provides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses.

Consults and coordinates with Branch Managers, Office Managers, Account Executives and others to better understand clients' needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands and strategize on methodologies to achieve and exceed Adecco financial goals and objectives.
Able to set own priorities, schedule days events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
